Fluent offers a subscription service. By choosing a subscription, you agree to pay the fees as quoted to you when you purchase a subscription ("Subscription Fees"). We may change the Subscription Fees at any time, but changes will not affect any current subscriptions.
Upon signup or upgrade, Fluent will send transactional emails to the email address associated with your account. You may also opt-in to receive additional emails, such as daily practice reminders. You can manage your email preferences at any time in the account settings.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
